3. Bids and Payments

Bid amounts are displayed before payment. By completing a payment, you authorize the applicable charge for your selected bid. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor.

A successful payment does not guarantee a permanent leaderboard position. Rankings may change when other users place higher bids or when BidClimb changes its ranking system.

4. User Responsibilities

You must have the authority to submit the website you provide. You must not use BidClimb to promote unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harmful content.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use BidClimb to distribute malware, conduct fraud, impersonate another person or business, or promote content that violates applicable laws.

6. Leaderboard

Leaderboard positions are determined according to the bidding and ranking mechanisms used by BidClimb. BidClimb does not guarantee traffic, clicks, sales, search rankings, or any particular business result from a listing.

7. Intellectual Property

BidClimb's website, branding, design, software, and original content are owned by or licensed to Scraften LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Third-Party Websites

BidClimb listings may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites.

9. Disclaimer

BidClimb is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scraften LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of BidClimb.
